WAR IN CHINA.
MANY DEAD AFTER RAIDS. JAPANESE OVER CHUNGKING. (United Press Association —Copyright ) (Received This Day, 10.30 a.m.) v CHUNGKING, May 27. The Japanese raided Chungking for the second successive day. Sixty were killed and 150 wounded. Simultaneously, 08 ’planes bombed three points, west of Chungking. Foreign sources estimate that there are 250 dead as a result of the raid on Sunday.
