(Received This Day, 9.40 a.m.) NEW YORK, May 24. The “New York Pop;” features _a sensational story, copyright from London, by William iS. Stoneman, of the “Chicago Daily News,” declaring that the story of the British “fifth column,” when revealed, will profoundly shock the Western world. He prophesies that “a good many-who have been living in comparative security are going to be shot speedily.” He also states that the most sensational story of the war will be broken in the near future.
