SABOTAGE PLAN SUSPECTED. (United Press Association. —Copyright.) NEW YORK, March 17. New York police found fragments of a map of New Zealand in a suitcase, containing an ingenious incendiary time bomb, which exploded in the parcel room of tlie Grand Central Station, filling it with clouds of smoke, and causing a panic. The police are exploring the possibility that the bag had been stored preparatory to an attempt on the Queen Mary, the Queen Elizabeth or the Normandie.
