An Air Ministry .casualty list of 59 names, includes Pilot-Officer C. N. Whittington, Palmerston North, previously reported missing and now presumed killed in action. The list also includes Sister A. S. Ketley, tho fourth woman attached to the R.A.F. to die on active service.
