TWO MEN ARRESTED. ‘ SEQUEL IN COURT. • 7 CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. An early-morning jaunt in a car by two young men liad a sequel in Court, when they were each charged with being intoxicated while in charge of a car and fined ’£ls and £lO respectively; , The evidence showed that, after one had been arrested at 4 a.m;, the other took charge of the car and drove to the police station, knowing his companion w T as there. On arrival, he was arrested and similarly charged. The men were Ebenezer Pollock Galt and Reginald Eustace Crosse. The fine of £ls was imposed on Galt, and the -fine of £lO on Crosse, and the licences were cancelled until June, 1941.
