The “Daily Mail” says that Mr Chamberlain will reveal the secret pledges given to Sweden and Norway over two months ago. Both were told they could' depend on Allied support if, as a cob so quence of helping Finland, they became involved,in war with Germany or Russia. Britain and France made it clear that they regarded.'the integrity of Finland as an'isue of European importance, but the Scandinavian countries did nothing.
