Rumania has imposed an export tax on the products that Germany most needs, namely, 13 per cent ad valorem on crude oil and all derivatives; 3.0 to 25 per cent on vetegahle oil, oil-produc-tive seeds and plants, and cereals, except wheat- and maize.
