INCREASES BY THE RUSSIANS. NEW'YORK, February 11. The Washington correspondent of the “New York Times” says that tho rising trend of Russian imports from the' United States since tho Finnish war began is revealed in the analysis of trade figures for December. They are valued at 15,000,000 dollars —more than a quarter of the total in 1939, in which the adverse Russian trade balance was dollars. Accelerated purchases up 19-10 are expected, mainly of machinery and manufactured aeroplanes.
