VINCENT RACES POSTPONED. DUNEDIN, January 15. The second day’s races of the Vincent Jockey Club, which was to have been held on Saturday, was postponed indefinitely because of heavy rain on Friday night and throughout Saturday. The course was under water on Saturday morning, and the committee decided to cancel the> arrangements, and apply to the Racing Conference for another day later in tile season.
