Admiral Yonai expected to announce the acceptances of the remaining Cabinet posts Avitliin a day or so. Mr Arita was Foreign Minister in the Government under Baron Hiranuina, Avhom General Abe succeeded, and ViceAdmiral Yosliida. Avas Minister for the Navy in the late Cabinet.
