The correspondent of the United Press of America, in. a message from Tokio, states that Admiral Yonai lias appointed Mr Arita Foreign Minister, Vice-Admiral Yoshida, of the Na\ r v, and Mr .Isbiwatari Chief Secretary. Admiral Yonai expected to announce the acceptances of the remaining Cabinet posts Avitliin a day or so. Mr Arita was Foreign Minister in the Government under Baron Hiranuina, Avhom General Abe succeeded, and ViceAdmiral Yosliida. Avas Minister for the Navy in the late Cabinet.
