INFANT DROWNED.

FATALITY AT PLAY ON BEACH. (Per Press Association). WHANGAREI. January 12. Straying from his small companions who were playing on the Purerua Beach, Kerikeri Inlet, a, two-year-old boy was later found drowned. The discovery was made yesterday afternoon by the father of the boy. Mr S. Hansen, after the other children, returning homo, said they did not know the whereabouts of the youngest, named Lloyd. Mr Hansen hurried to the beach and! found the body in less than two feet of water.
