ALLEGED CONSPIRACY.
TWO ACCUSED REMANDED. WELLINGTON, This Day. Charged with conspiring with each other by deceit to defraud Hartley Hoy Sellars of sums totalling £6465 Is 9d. Gordon Percy Aston, an engineer, aged 39, and Harvey Maitland Chrystall, an engineer, aged 52, appeared before Mr J. L. Stout S.M. A remand until next Friday was granted, with bail rtf £SOO in each case, with two sureties of £250, conditional .upon accused reporting daily to the police at either Wellington or Christchurch.
