ORDERS TO AIRMEN.
NOT TO BOMB CIVILIANS. MOSCOW PAPER’S COMMENT. (Received This Day, 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, December 4. The British, United Press correspondent says that Soviet airmen received orders on Friday not to bomb civilians. The newspaper “Pravdn” comments: “These orders were superfluous, because Soviet airmen are too humanitarian to fight unarmed people.’ 7
