LODGE MEETINGS.
COURT ASHBURTON A.O.F, Bro. C. H. Amos, presided over the meeting of Court Ashburton A.O.F. last evening. . Sick pay amounting to £lO was passed in favour of eight members. One candidate was iniated. Worthy Bro. Templeton delivered the P.C.lt.’s charge. Worthy Bro. R. W. Crowthcr reported on the business done at the recent meeting of the United Friendly Societies’ Associations. It was notified that the District Officers would visit Court Pride of Ashburton Juveniles to-morrow. LOYAL TINWALD ODDFELLOWS. The fort-nightly meeting of the Loyal Tinwald Oddfellows l was held lastevening when P.G, (Bro. S. Culverhouse) presided. Two members were reported on the sick list, and sick pay amounting to £1 10s was passed. The installation of officers was carried out by Lecture Master (Bvo. J. L. Crossan). The following officers were, installed:—N.G., Bro. W. J. Bax; V.G., Bro. S. G. Sewell; E.S., Bro. A. F. Rodd.
Appointments were made as follows :—Warden, Bro. J. Shaw ; R.S. to N.G. Bro N. E. Whiting; L.S. to N.G., Sister B. Mahoney; R.S. to V.G., Bro. R. C. Whiting: L.S. to V.G., Bro. S. Oulverhouse: IJF.N.G., Biro C. Gcodfellow. Bro. J. A. McClintoch was appointed first conductor.
