NEW ZEALANDERS’ SYMPATHY. (Per Press Association). WELLINGTON, December 4. The following message has been sent by the Governor General (Viscount Galway) to the King, on behalf of the Government and people of New Zealand: PI respectfully wish to tender to your Majesty respectful and sincere sympathy on the passing of her Royal Highness the Duchess- of Argyll, news of which lias been received by your Majesty’s subjects in this Dominion with the deepest regret.” HIS MAJESTY’S REPLY.
