FRENCH SHIP MINED.
BEACHED WITH LOSS OF TWO MEN. (Received This Day, 1.40 p.m.) IPAR!S>, November 3. The vessel Flaride was mined but was beached at a, French port, with the loss of men. mines washed up. THIRTY ON DUTCH COAST. (Received This Day, 1.40 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, December 3. Over thirty mines have been washed up on the Dutch coast, but no damage has been done, the mines being- exploded by the military.

BRITISH FORCES AT TIENTSIN. (Received This 'Day, 1.-I0 p.m.) SHANGHAT, December 3. The Domei Nows Agency states that the first units of the Durham Light Infantry have been withdrawn from Tientsin.
