CYCLIST KILLED IN A COLLISION (Per Press Association). WELLINGTON', December 2. AH William Swiffin, a married man, aged 58, died from injuries received in a- collision between the bicycle he was riding and an omnibus at Island Bay early this afternoon.

MOTOR-CYCLIST KILLED. AUCKLAND, December 3. Fatal injuries were received by a motor-cyclist when lie collided with a motor-ear on the Waipipi Hoad. He was Harry Stanley Cowley, aged 10, whoso parents live at Tualcau. The youth, -who was in the employ of Mr D. Hamilton, a farmer, of Waipipi, was returning to Mr Hamilton's farm from Waiuku, when the collision occurred. It took place on a bend. Th'e car was being driven to Waiuku by D. Douglas, a farmer, of Kohekoho. The cyclist received a fracture of the skull and Was unconscious when picked up.
