The British United press correspondent at Moscow says 'that the establishment of a puppet Government a Terjoki uhmistabakly revealed the fooviot war aims; Tf M. Knssinen* (the puppet Premier) succeeds in obtaining control of Finland with the aid of the Rod Army he will establish a regime similar to that i.n Outer Mongolia, which is legally sovereign, hut is politically and economically linked with the Soviet.
