CAR OVERTURNS.

ACCIDENT AT TINWALD.

ONLY MINOR INJURIES RECEIVED

When a piece of * fencing wire punctured the back right-hand tyre, a motor-car driven by Mr Herbert Maxwell, a factory manager, of Orari, overturned on the Main South Road at Tinwald about 2 o’clock yesterday afternoon. '

Mr Maxwell was accompanied by his wife and family, and a friend, Miss Lorna Priddle, aged 21. The party was on its way to Burnham when the accident happened. Mr Maxwell, his daughter, aged 21, and Miss Priddle suffered minor injuries, but after attention by n_ doctor were able to re* turn home.

The bodywork of the car was damaged slightly.
