ARRESTS IN HOLLAND.
SIX FORMER COMMUNISTS. LONDON - , November 22. The. Amsterdam correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” says that the Netherlands police have arrested and interned six former members of the German. Communist Party accused of underground activities against Germany which were regarded as a breach of Dutch neutrality.
