NAZIS WAR AIMS

SEIZURE OF ALL ARABLE LANDS. NO SENTIMENTAL SCRUPLES. DESTRUCTION OF AUTONOMY. .United Press Association —Copyright.) PARIS, November 22. The Paris “Soir” publishes what is claimed to lie the first official statement of Germany’s war aims. These are contained in a booklet of instructions to pro-Nazi orators and Black Guard instructors, signed by Johannes Hering, of the Nazi Propaganda Department. The aims are:

(1) To secure all arable lands necessary to avoid a future permanent blockade. (2) In the same way that Germany seized Polish coal, oil, and ore Germany will be able to offer thanks to Herr Hitler’s genius in acquiring in the very near future the riches of Belgium, Holland and the north of France. (8) Subject races must be treated without sentimental scruples and their cultural autonomy must be destroyed to oust the idea of revenge. The booklet adds that half a century hence the pure German race will number 100,000,000. Racial and linguistic frontiers must be re-established but not those of 1914. Germany, must hold the mouth of the Danube, Mount Lovcen, in Old Serbia, and present Rumania. It concludes: “If we do not possess th 6 Flemish coast and hinterland, it is clear that the British Fleet will paralyse our navingation.”
