NEW MOTOR FUEL.
ITALIAN DISCOVERY REPORTED. LONDON, November 22. The correspondent of the Exchange News Agency at Bergamo (Italy) says that a motor repairer has invented a device for propelling motor-cars by the electrolysis of water, splitting it into its gaseous components, eliminating the oxygen and using the hydrogen mixed with other chemicals to form a gas fuel. The speed attained by the use of this gas equals that of petrol, but the cost is onlv Id a mile.
