Tho Paris correspondent of “The Times” says it is reported that German aeroplanes are making a practice of violating Belgian, 'Dutch and Swiss neutrality. German troop concentrations are ..-till maintained close to .the Belgian and Dutch frontiers. The. Swiss Army announces that foreign aircraft repeatedly violated Swiss territory on .November 17 and 18. Several' aeroplanes were identified as German. German leaflets were dropped/'ahd the Swiss anti-aircraft guns opened fire. . Permanent leave in the Netherlands Army .lias -been restored after being cancelled- on- November 10, when threats of Nazi troop concentrations on the borders caused tension in Hoi-

Both sides- agreed to investigate. A REPORT DENIED. (Received This Day..ll a.m.) 'LONDON, November 21. It is officially stated in Berlin Frau Goering, wife of Marshal Geering, is residing in Berlin. The -reports that she has given birth to a daughter at Lausanne are not true.
