FURTHER ARRESTS.

THE CZECH UNREST. STUDENTS’ SECRET MANIFESTO. LONDON, November 21. A report from Budapest says that further arrests have boon made in the Czech Protectorate, mostly in Prague and Brno. At Kladno the Chief of Police, six officials, and 24 policemen have been arrested. A Genova message says the Boho-mian-Moravian frontier has been closed. The Prague radio announced that the curfew had been withdrawn, but- that martial law : remained. Twenty thousand armed guards wore occupying the city. Students have, circulated a- secret manifesto throughout tho Protectorate, in which they said: “Wo arc happy if we have awakened the conscience of the civilised world.”
