THEFT FROM COLLECTION BOX. ARTICLES STOLEN FROM CAR, CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. Thieves have been active while the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church was sitting^this week, and articles have been stolen from cars. One man lost a new suit, a woman’s hand-bag and other articles, of a total value of £25. Thieves went a step further last night and broke into St. Paul’s, stealing cash estimated at between £2 and £3 from the collection box. They did not touch the safe, in which a sum of approximately £6O was deposited.
