TO DOMINION PRESIDENT. ENDORSEMENT OF ACTIONS. DECISION OF FARMERS’ UNION. That full support would be given by the executive to the Dbminion president (Mr W. W. Mulholland) in his repent representations to the Government concerning matters vitally affecting the primary producing industry, was a decision reached by the Mid-Canter-bury executive of the New Zealand Farmers’ Union to-day. After some discussion the following resolution was passed: “That this executive, endorses the of the Dominion President to obtain an understanding re the permancy of the present marketing of our primary produce for export and other matters that have been brought to the notice of Ministers, and that, we fully endorse the actions he has taken.” The resolution wias moved by Mr J. Fleming and seconded iby Mr G. R. Gerrard. Members t we|Te unanimous that the executive should pledge their support to the Dominion President in his actions to increase the primary production of the Dominion.
