FLIGHTS OVER BELGIUM. NONE SINCE NOVEMBER 3.
(Received This Day, 11 a.m.) LONDON, November 14. A Foreign Office statement says that it is learned from well-informed Belgian circles that no German J planes have flown over Belgium, or otherwise infringed Belgian neutrality since November 8.
