NOT INDEFINITE BREACH. (Received This iDhy, 11.50 a.m.) HELSINKI, November 13. The Foreign Minister (M. Erkko) announced that it was not intended to suspend the Russo-Finnish negotiations indefinitely. Finland would continue: to display goodwill and understanding. It was hoped it would be mutual.
