“KEEP OUT OF MEDITERRANEAN” SANCTIONS NOT FORGOTTEN (Received This Day, 10.45 a.m.) LONDON, November 13. The British United Press correspondent at Rome says that replying to Mr Churchill'-s reference to Italy’s peaceful policy and possible fruitful partnership with Britan and France. Dr. V. Gayda warns them to keep out of the Mediterranean. He reaffirms that Italy’s foreign policy has not been changed, and adds “We do not intend to engage in polemics on Mr Churchill’s statement. AVe remember the sanctions and the policy of encirclement. ”
