DUNEDIN PRODUCE MARKET. (Per Press Association). DUNEDIN, November 10. Eearly sown, crops in the coastal areas of Otago are; looking particularly well, but, viewing the outlook generally, rain is badly wanted. The fowl wheat market remains steady. Odd lines of best quality from the country are selling at 5s 9cl a*/ bushel, sacks extra, ex store Dunedin., while small lots o|re worth 6s 3d a bushel, sacks extra. A© few lines of oats are now on offer, but the demand is quiet. The present value for shipment is 3s 6d f.o.b.s.i. for A Gartons and 3s 3d for B’s. These prices are equivalent to 2s 8d on trucks, country sidings, sacks extra for A’s and 2s 5d for B’s. Best quality oaten sheaf chaff is selling at £5 5s a ton, sacks extra, ex store.
