SNOW FALLS OVER WIDE AREA. (United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Dav, 9.5 a.m ) MELBOURNE, This Day. Victoria shivered yesterday under bitterly cokl conditions. Snow fell over a wide area of the State, including many places where it never has been seen before. There were heavy falls within 20 miles of the city. All the mountain resorts report record falls.
