BRITAIN’S AID TO FRANCE. PRODIGIOUS EFFORTS IN AIR VALUE OF CONSCRIPTION. . (Received This-Day, 11.55 a.m.) PARIS, September 7. The Ministry of Information has issuedthe following statement : “British help is greater than in 1914; Germany now has no fleet as a rival for the British fleet and communications are assured. Britain’s effort in the air have been prodigious. Her conscription is only six months old, but millions of men are on the way. The British Dominions- realise the need for deliverance of the world.from the tyranny that is again apparent. We re member that the Dominions are industrial nations. The enemy is endeavouring to divide Britain and France, hut they remember 1914. They were comrades during four years, sharing, dangers and then sharing the victory. We Frenchmen know by experience that Englishmen abide by their commitments. We have confidence in our Allies as they trust us.” NAZI ALLEGATION. LONDON, September 6.
