THE WEATHER.
BEAUTIFULLY FINE TO-DAY. After a chilly morning when a light frost of one degree was recorded, beautifully fine weather was enjoyed in Ashburton to-day. The maximum temperature yesterday was 55.5 degrees and the minimum inside reading last night was 37 degrees. The .barometer stood at 29.50 inches this morning.
