SAVAGE CLUB.

VISIT TO TUARANGI HOME. Men of the Tuarangi Home were entertained by the Ashburton Savage Club last evening. It was the Chib s annual visit to the Home, and was voted by. all, the most successful yet. The visitors* provided the greater pait of the programme and every item was thoroughly enjoyed. On behalf of the men, the Master of the Home (Mr A. W. Corbett) thanked the visitors. The programme was as follows: Songs, Savage C. Hawes; songs. Savage F. McGuinness; songs, Clnet Scribe G. Fawcett; songs, Savage J. Moss; duet, Savage W. H. Henley and Ex-Great Chief A. C. Wilson; quartette, Savage Club quartette; item, Savage J. Baxter; item, Great Chief A. H. Todd; violin solo. Savage Dr. N. E. H. Fulton; piano-aceordeon, Savage K. Mcllraith; comedy duo, Ex-Great Chiefs Wilson and Browne; special, cornet solo and harmonica, Chas. Duckworth.
