Germany ratified the Russo-German Pact. i German reports state that a Russian military mission is expected to arrive * in Berlin this morning under a Russian general. The Paris correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain, says that as the result of the circulation of a manifesto, signed by 50 Communist, leaders, attacking the Government’s anti-Communist measures the police raided the central offices of the Communist Pavtj' and took several members into custody. The Metal Workers’ Union of 500,000 members abruptly severed its "connection with tho Communist Party and condemned the Russo-German Pact. WHITE RUSSIANS IN FRANCE PROUD OF SUMMONS TO ARMY. The White Russian newspaper “Le Renaissance,”, announcing that all White Russians arp summoned to tho armed forces on the same conditions as Frenchmen, says that Russian refugees are proud to represent tho Russian national forces who are the/ first to fight the Communist Internationale.BRITISH AIRCRAFT. RECENT RECORD IN OUTPUT. LONDON, August 30.
