The Leader of the Opposition (the Hon. Adam Hamilton) will move a noconfidence motion ’ when making his speech in the debate on the Address-in-Reply; to-night. Tile motion will embrace eight points dealing with the position of the country, on which Mr Hamilton proposes to base his examination of the effects of the Government’s policy. The text of the motion was discussed and approved at a caucus of the Opposition members after the House rose last night.
