MACHINE-GUN AND MUNITIONS. GERMAN-BORN SOUTH AFRICAN. (Independent Cable Service). (Received This Day, 10.55 a.m.) JOHANNESBURG, May 17. A German-born engineer, Rolf Heuberger, was fined £SO for unlawfully possessing a sub-machine-gun and 1300 rounds of ammunition. He pleaded that his father hsd sent the gun from Germany, advising that lie acquire the selling lights in South Africa.
