BACON FOR BRITAIN.
ADDITIONAL IMPORTS ARRANGED (United Press Association—Copyright.) LONDON, March 25. Tlio Board of Trade is arranging for the importation during April, May, and June of an additional quantity of bacon amounting to 208,650 cwt, from certain supplying countries. This is mainly to replace temporary deficiencies in supplies from home and other sources, but also indudes an addition ot 39,650 cwt. to the total allocation at present in force.—British Official Wireless.
