REPORTED OUTLINE OF DEMANDS SPEECH BY KING EMMANUEL. (United Press Association —Copyright.) (Received This Day, 11.45 a.m.) ROME, March 23. King Victor Emanual, in a speech at the opening of the new Chamber of Fascist Corporations, said: “Regarding France, my Government, in an official Note on December 17, outlined Italy’s demands. Sanctions at the time of the Abyssinian campaign began caused Italy’s exit from the League of Nations, which had exhausted its purpose.” OFFICIAL DENIAL IN PARIS, (Received This Day, 11.15 a.m.) " PARIS, March 23. It is officially denied that Italy formally presented demands, as suggested by King Victor Emanuel’s speech.
