ASHBURTON STOCK MARKET. SMALL ENTRY FOR TO-DAY’S SALE VALUES ON A PAR WITH LAST WEEK. .With a small entry, following the ewe fair at "Tinwald yesterday, there was little interest shown in the stock sale at Ashburton to-day. Prices generally were on a par with the. sale at Tinwakl last Tuesday. There was a small attendance, and the sale was completed earlier than usual. Top price was realised for a single lamb which was sold at 26s 9d on account of Miss M. Johnston (Hinds). Other values for lambs ranged from 14s 7d to 22s 7d. Ewes sold at prices ranging from 3s to 11s lOd, while wethers brought 15s lOd to 19s 4d. Prices up to 12.15 p.m. were: Fat Ew-cs Miss M.
