ENSURING SECRECY.

SEALED DOORS AND WINDOWS. TELEPHONES CUT OFF. ROME, Feb. 22. Furniture and bedding have been taken into the court at St. Damascus, where the Conclave of 62 Cardinals, to elect a successor to Pope Pius XI., will deliberate. Each Cardinal will be attended by two servants. All the outer doors will be locked and sealed. All the windows will be sealed and whitewashed. Telephones will bo cut off to ensure absolute secrecy.
