(United Press Association—Copyright.)

LONDON. Nov. 28

Neither Viscount Halifax nor the Duke of Devonshire will accompany the King to Canada... While in the Dominion, His Majesty will have members 6f the Canadian Cabinet as Ministers in attendances It may he that Lord Halifax will accompany the King on his four-day visit to the United States, but no official decision has yet been made. The diplomatic correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” says it is authoritatively confirmed that Lord Halifax will be in the United States when the King and Queen make their visit. He will probably act as Minister in attendance in the United States, although these duties will he performed, exclusively by Canadian Ministers while Their Majesties are in Canada. The correspondent adds that there is no reason to doubt, that the Duke of Devonshire will accompany Their Majesties to Canada.
