ON the Ist November, an instalment of the Registration Levy will become payable by all male persons twenty years of age and over, other than those entitled to exemption. The third instalment of the Employment Charge of 8d; in the £ on income other than salary or wages derived during the year ended 31st March, 1938, also 1 alls doe on the same date. A penalty ol 10 per cent, will be incurred on any instalment not paid within one month ol the duo date. An employer who employs for more than seven clays a person who is in arrears with the Registration Levy is liable, on summary conviction, to a fine of £2O.
