WHEAT MARKETING.
PROBLEM IN CANADA. (United Pres 9 Association —Copyright.) WINNIPEG, October 29. A warning that agriculture throughout Canada was faced with ruin unless th§ wheat marketing problem was solved, was given by Mr J. G. Taggart, Minister for Agriculture in the Saskatchewan Government.
He predicted that wheatgrowers were likely to be compelled to enter mixed farming on a large scale, with disastrous results.
The Premier of Manitoba (Mr John Bracken) said that talk about the prairies saving themselves b.v mixou farming was nonsense
