A schoolboy aged 13 Avas charged at Holloway Avith the murder of Beryl Oborn, aged four, Avhose bound and gagged corpse Avas found in a. sack in a shed behind hen* mother’s house. The boy AA’ent to school as usual and Avas arrested at lunch-time.
Oborn’s distracted mother and neighbours spent the night searching for her daughter. The woman discoA'cred the body Avhen she visited the shed for scullery purposes. Death A\-as due to strangulation.
