WOMEN REPRESENTATIVES. The woman selected by the Air Ministry to be head of the new Civil Air Guard is Mrs F. G. Her name is Maxine, but her friends call her Blossom. She is easily the most popular woman in aviation, with friends every; where and no enemies. Her interests, apart from aviation, are her five-year-old son Jeremy and the garden of her lovely house at Twyford, Berkshire.
