CROWDS AT HOTEL IN MUNICH. FAREWELL VISIT TO HITLER. (Received This Day, .9.15 a.in.) LONDON, September 30. A telegram from Munich states that cheering crowds waited outside Mr Chamberlain’s hotel more than an hour. Mr Chamberlain finally appeared on the balcony, smiling, waving and holding a great bouquet of flowers. He withdrew after a few minutes in order to leave to pay a farewell visit to Herr Hitler. Mr Chamberlain left for London by air at 2.15 p.m.

Tlie Alunich correspondent of tho “News-Chronicle” says that Air Chamberlain has become a terrific figure in German eyes.
