FILM STAR’S COMPLAINT. HOLLYWOOD, September 2. Carole Lombard has admitted that the screen yielded her £116,250 last year. Taxes and expenses, however, absorbed all but £SOOO. State and Federal taxes took £99,000 the actress asserts. Management, publicity and other costs absorbed £12,250.
