DAY AND NIGHT CLASHES.

NUMBER OF CASUALTIES RESULT. MARTIAL LAW EXTENDED. (Received This Day, 1.20 p.m.) PRAGUE, Sept. 23. Spasmodic fighting throughout the night occurred on the German-Czech frontier. It was sporadic in nature, not representing a concerted move by troops on either side. It is officially stated that eight Germans andi 10 Czechs were killed. It is also stated that 13 were killed and 26 wounded, and 28 Czech Customs Guards were carried over the frontier in daytime clashes. The districts most infiltrated by the insurgents are Asch, Rumberg, Schluckenau, and Warnsdorff. Martial law lias been extended to Kaplitz.
