NO VIOLATION OF FRONTIERS.
DURING THE NEGOTIATIONS. ANGLO-FRENCH GUARANTEE. (Received This Day, 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, September 23. The Exchange Telegraph Agency correspondent at Prague says he has learned authoritatively that Britain and France definitely guaranteed Czechoslovakia that they would not allow her frontiers to be violated during the negotiations or delineation of the new frontier.
